In order to compete one must first cooperate.

The argument for intellectual c is that people cannot compete unless they are given support to compete in the form of intellectual property protection. It is assumed that no cooperation is possible and that all success comes from competition alone. Cooperation is also a value and one that competition is promoted to the detriment of. Enforced cooperation is communism. Enforced competition as is currently the reality apparently lacks a label, but it is bad too.
